Every four years World Sailing makes changes to the Racing Rules of Sailing based on the ever changing gameplay on the course. January 1st the 2017-2020 our racing rules have changed. Join Dave Elsmo, Head Coach of the Wisconsin Sailing team for an overview of the changes, how they effect our events on the water and how to use these differences to your advantage on the course.
