Prerequisite: WINDSURFING LIGHT
Earned from class: Harness use and footstrap knowledge
This class focuses on harness and footstrap use, especially during high-wind sailing. Already having taken Windsurfing Jibe & Fast Tack preferred, but not necessary. Students will learn more about high wind sailing and planing conditions. Topics covered include weight placement, board control, mast-foot pressure, hooking into and unhooking from the harness, and getting into the footstraps when planing. This class is a must for learning how to sail in blue-flag conditions. Students will sail on Hi-Fly Mambos or Mistral Prodigies.
