Rigging Party for Tech's and 420"s!!!

We have boats on the pier! Now we need them rigged so we can sail! There are 8 tech's currently on the pier we will put masts, booms and compete their rigging with nice freshly laundered line! Ever the optimist, I'm hoping some 420 show up and we can do the same to those. The 420's need towing across the lake from Willows park and in case you haven't checked the wind forecast, its a northerly at 17 gusting to 25. So, we shall see!
